The Casa Masi cuisine is based on past experience bringing childhood tastes and scents back to life, following age-old recipes and always using the best and freshest ingredients the territory has to offer. In the two decades of “stirring the ladle”, Casa Masi has created dishes that enhance the local products like Pecorino, Cinta Senese or Chianina.
Stealing the show in late autumn... the prized White Truffle of San Miniato may be tasted here at Casa Masi, just a few hours after harvest.
Let's not forget the fabulous Casa Masi cakes, only ever made in-house. Chocoholics can relish our famed Dark Chocolate Cake or the Sorpresa. For those with more delicate taste buds there is the Ricotta Pie or the Strawberry Rice Pudding.
Children will be happy with a menu just for them, the Pinocchio Menu, offering their favourite dishes, such as lemon chicken mini bow ties, meat in breadcrumbs, tomato pasta, gnocchi with meat sauce.
And naturally Tuscan wines take centre stage! Thanks to selective research, our cellar boasts some of the best wines Tuscany has to offer. For enthusiasts, it makes pleasant reading but is also ideal for those who prefer to be advised.
